3.9 Reviewing the First Set of Integrity Checks
After the first collection is loaded, the integrity checks that are delivered with the
software will be updated with your new collection’s information. You now have access
to the integrity check data as applied to your nodes.
You can display one of the integrity checks policies shown above as follows (refer to
section 2.1.1 on page 30 for the steps on navigating the treeview):
1. Expand the Integrity Checks section by right-clicking the System Integrity Checks
line and selecting Expand Tree.
The nodes for which you have integrity checks are displayed along with the
categories of integrity checks.
The initial integrity checks are for the operating system subvolumes and typical
subsystem categories. This initial collection will take a baseline of each category
and all rulers will be green.
In subsequent collections, each category that has not changed will have a green
ruler. If something has been added, deleted or modified, the ruler icon will be red.
