Chapter 3. Starting Compliance PRO (XSW) the First Time

Select the query type you want from the Query Type drop-down list. 
Depending upon the query, you may be asked to make additional selections from 
drop-down boxes of userids and aliases on the system or file masks. 
Click Execute to generate the access analysis. 
This displays the screen shown above, which may take a few minutes to appear 
depending on the number of users and files on your hosts and speed of your PC. 
To generate a report for the full list, click Report. 
3.12  Reviewing the Pre-defined PCI, SOX and HIPAA Tabs 
After the first collection is loaded, the PCI, SOX and HIPAA policy tabs will be 
available for the participating nodes. These policies have been created to make it 
easier to cross-reference the XSW defined policies from the XSW Main tab to these 
alternative naming trees as shown below. Navigate to the PCI tab on the treeview.

Right-click on the node name and select 
Create Default Node Reports. 
The node’s default PCI reports will be 
created and displayed. 
2.  To view a rule, right-click the item from 
the treeview and select Review Results. 
The results will be displayed in 
the format 
of the underlying item: System Policy, 
Integrity Check, Best Practice policy, 
Access Map or a default text format. 
Some policies related to XYGATE 
Products will display in a format showing 
the product file itself or the file 
differences. The naming convention 
relies on the following phrase: 
  ({Verify XYGATExy}) 
for each XYGATE Product. Refer to 
sections 
10.3 and 10.4 for file display 
examples.
