4.5.1  Exported File Naming Convention 
Exported files are saved in the export location with a naming convention of:

Exported files are not managed by XSW after export. The group or person to whom 
the file is exported should manage cleaning up old files, etc. 
Note: If the export location is changed in the preferences, the existing exported files 
are not moved, but any subsequent files will be created in the new location. 
4.5.2  Exported File Notification Email 
If the user preferences are set up to send a notification (item 2 on page 45), the 
recipient will receive an email upon the export of files. One email per major category 
will contain text for each file exported.
