4.5.3  Setting Auto-Export ON/OFF 
Auto-export can be set up on any individual System Policy, Integrity Check, Best 
Practice category and saved Access Map, as well as any alternate tree tab report. 
If the user preferences are set up to allow auto-export, you can use treeview shortcuts 
to turn auto-export ON or OFF. You can use these shortcuts on many of the applicable 
right-click selections on both the XSW Main treeview and alternate tab views. This 
selection is available only if the auto-export options are set in the User Preferences 
screen on page 47 (refer to Auto-export Options, items 15 to 20). 
Right-clicking on Set Auto-Export ON/OFF turns auto-export ON or OFF. All the 
underlying policies in the category will be reset. If files already exist for this category, 
they are not deleted. Exported files are not managed by XSW.
