Chapter 4. Common Screen Functions

Include: If no selections have been made on the underlying grid, the Entire Grid

selection is the only selection available. If selections are active in the underlying

grid, then the Selection radio button is checked, but you may override this to the

entire grid.

Add a Checklist Column: If desired, you can add an empty column to the resulting

file or report. The Column Header to the empty column is the name you define as

Column Name and the position is First or Last. The contents of the column will be

underlines. The feature is ideal to create a checklist from the contents selected in

the grid.

Print Style Options: Available for printing only, the printing options allow you to

customize the report’s output.

Note: Using a .pdf or .htm format is recommended for column selections only. These

Save to File formats do not display well when selecting entire grids or single

and multiple rows, as they will condense the columns to fit onto a page.

4.6.1 Report Output

Once you have reviewed the information on the screen, you have the option of printing

the report or saving it to disk.

If you selected Save to File, clicking OK will bring up the standard Save As dialog

window.
