Chapter 4. Generating Reports Using XRM

4.11 Select By Outcome
All of the various outcome or result code fields that are used in the XYGATE products
and SAFEGUARD have been mapped to one of three values: SUCCESS,
NORECORD, and FAILURE. You can limit your report to a single outcome.
To select the Outcome to include in the report, select J.
Selection?j
Enter the type of Access Results to include in the report:
Result (All,Success,Failure,Norecord) <ALL>?NORECORD
When the Report Selection Screen reappears, the selection you entered will be shown:
J: Outcome (All,S,F,N) :NORECORD
4.12 Select the Output File’s Location
The XMA_REPORT macro creates a job and puts it in the spooler. The default location
is $S.#XYGATE.XMAREP.
The default spool collector is the COLLECTOR (page 164) defined in the MACONF
file. To change the spooler location, select K.
Example:
Selection? k
