4.13 Select the Report’s Sort Order
You may choose the report format that best suits your needs. XMA comes with the
following sort options: USER,LOGINNAME,TIME,OBJECT,PORT.
USER Audit entries are grouped by USERID AND BY TIME.
LOGINNAME Audit entries are grouped by Login Name and by time.
TIME Audit entries appear in strict chronological order.
OBJECT Audit entries are grouped by OBJECT and by time.
PORT Audit entries are grouped by TERMINAL name.
The default is TIME. To change the sort type you would like to use, select L and enter
the first letter of the sort order you wish to use:

When the Report Selection Screen reappears, the selection you entered will be shown:
L: Sort order :OBJECT
4.14 Select by Rule Name
You can limit your selection by specifying a rule name. The column RULENAME within
the Audit Detail Table will be searched for a matching value. If the product is XAC, this
will be the command name. If the product is XPQ, you can search by PQGROUP. To
specify a rule name, select M and enter the desired search criteria such as a XAC
command name or a PQGROUP.
Selection? m
Enter a rule name.
A leading * will match any rules that
contain the specified string. A trailing * will match any
rules that start with the specified string.

When the Report Selection Screen reappears, the selection you entered will be shown:
