Appendix B: Administrative Tables
The various processes within XMA use the Administrative tables and Data tables
(described next in Appendix C:) to keep track of the MOVERs and what XYGATE
product logs have been processed.
The Administrative tables provide the means to configure MOVER Serverclasses and
manage the data collection process.
The most up-to-date information regarding the SQL tables can be found in the file
NEWTBLS in your XMA installation subvolume.
When you add a MOVER, the appropriate MOVER Table is updated with information
about the MOVER:
XMA_EMSMVTBL Contains information about the MOVER for the EMS Log.
XMA_SFGMVTBL Contains information about the MOVER for the Safeguard
audit trail.
XMA_XYMVTBL Contains information about MOVERs for XYGATE
products.
XMA_MEASMVTBL Contains information about the MOVER for the Measure
audit trail.
=XMA_B24MVTBL Contains information about the MOVER for the BASE24
audit trail.
=XMA_HLRMVTBL Contains information about the MOVER for the HLR audit
trail.
=XMA_AUDITMOVERTBL Contains information about the MOVER for the iTP
Webserver audit trail.
Note: There are also parameters associated with the MOVERs. These parameters are
optional, with the exception of the MEASURE MOVER parameters which are
required. If you choose to add a MEASURE MOVER via option 7: Add <All
Steps> on the Movers Management Menu (page 101), you will be prompted for
the necessary parameters.
