MAIL_LOCAL_DOMAIN
Filters with a MAIL ACTIONTYPE require the MAIL_LOCAL_DOMAIN keyword to
define the mail domain. This keyword is optional for MAIL alerts. Some mail servers,
such as LOTUS, require a local domain name. Microsoft Outlook does not require a
domain name. Consult your mail administrator for additional information.
MAIL_SRV Filter Keyword
Filters with a MAIL ACTIONTYPE require the MAIL_SRV keyword to define the name
of target mail server. This keyword is required for MAIL alerts. Consult your system’s
manager for the appropriate information.
MAIL_TO Filter Keyword
Filters with a MAIL ACTIONTYPE require the MAIL_TO keyword to define the email
address of the person that should receive the email alert. At least one valid email
address is required. Use multiple iterations of the MAIL_TO keyword to define multiple
mail recipients.
MAIL_IPPROCESS Filter Keyword
Filters with a MAIL ACTIONTYPE require the MAIL_IPPROCESS keyword to define
the TCP/IP process used by your SMTP gateway. This keyword is required for MAIL
alerts. Consult your system’s manager for the appropriate information.
MAIL_SUBJECT Filter Keyword
Filters with a MAIL ACTIONTYPE require the MAIL_SUBJECT keyword to define
subject line of the email. You may use Data Substitution Tokens. This keyword is
required for MAIL alerts.
MAMGRC File
MAMGRC is the object file for the XMA_MANAGER.
MSTRNODE
The MSTRNODE file is created and maintained by XMA_MANAGER. It is placed in
the object file subvolume (XMAOBJ) on remote nodes. It contains the location of the
XYGATEMA subvolume.
Even though this is an edit file, do not alter the file. It should only be updated via the
XMA_MANAGER Macro described on page 321.
