Licensing requirements are to be performed by a SUPER logon for XMA only:
Example:
TACL> RUN $MYVOL.XYGATEMA XMA INSTALL
TACL> XMA_FINISH_INSTALL
Licensing $MYVOL.XYGATEMA.SRLIB
TACL> Logoff as the SUPER.SUPER or SUPER alias
