Important! The following is a known issue with Safeguard. If the Safeguard
authentication event is enabled and if the RSA_REQUIRE_PASSWORD is set to ON
in the UACONF or UAACL file, then RSA authentication will not work correctly in
What-if mode.
13.10 Utilities and Programs Incompatible with RSA SecurID
RSA SecurID authentication has limited capabilities on the NonStop server. Due to the
programmatic nature of authentication prompts in many NonStop utilities and
programs, some will not support the RSA SecurID method of authentication for logons
or other features.
The table below lists the programs and utilities that are known to not support the
RSA SecurID authentication.
