If the symbolic link does not exist, create one using the following command:
ln -s /G/system/ztcpip/services services
$SYSTEM.ZTCPIP.NETWORKS
Check that NETWORKS file exist.
$SYSTEM ZTCPIP 25> fileinfo $SYSTEM.ZTCPIP.NETWORKS
In OSS check that a symbolic link to $SYSTEM.ZTCPIP.NETWORKS or a duplicate of
this file exists in the /etc directory.
/etc: ls –al
...
lrwxrwxrwx  1 SUPER.SUPER   SUPER   24 Jul 7 2006 networks ->
/G/system/ztcpip/networks
...
Note: The -> in the display indicates that this is a symbolic link.
If the symbolic link does not exist, create one using the following command:
ln -s /G/system/ztcpip/networks networks
$SYSTEM.ZTCPIP.PROTOCOL
Check that PROTOCOL file exist:
$SYSTEM ZTCPIP 26> fileinfo $SYSTEM.ZTCPIP.PROTOCOL
PROTOCOL 101 560 12MAY2006 14:18 255,255 AAAA 14 28
In OSS, a symbolic link to $SYSTEM.ZTCPIP.PROTOCOL or a duplicate of this file in
/etc directory
Check that the symbolic link or the file exists in the directory:
/etc: ls –al
...
lrwxrwxrwx  1 SUPER.SUPER   SUPER   24 Jul 7 2006 protocols ->
/G/system/ztcpip/protocol
...
Note: The -> in the display indicates that this is a symbolic link.
If the symbolic link does not exist, create one using the following command:
ln -s /G/system/ztcpip/protocol protocols
14.3.3 Telserv Process Configuration Checking
To make sure your Telserv process is using the TCP/IP stack intended for
communication between the NonStop host and the RADIUS server, perform the
checks suggested in this section.
1. Determine the Telserv process used by your session.
$DATA WORK> who
Home terminal: $ZTN0.#PT8RM7V
TACL process: \NODE.$Y8WH
Primary CPU: 0 (NSE-D)
Default Segment File: $VEBG.#0002437
Pages allocated: 28 Pages Maximum: 1036
 Bytes Used: 16944 (0%) Bytes Maximum: 2121728
Current volume: $DATA.WORK
The Telserv process name in
this example is $ZTN0
