XUA Module Components
XUA is a TACL macro used to attach the XUA TACL segment. This macro has a
default name of XUA but may be changed during installation.
Note: If you specified a different name for this macro during your installation, be sure
to use that name instead of XUA.
The XUA module contains the following components:
LICCHK
The LICCHK program is used by the XUA_VERSION macro to display information
about the XUA license.
UAACL
This file contains the logon permissions for the NonStop Kernel use rids and
Safeguard Aliases. There are two different types of groups in the UAACL file:
ACLGroups and UAGroups.
UACONF
This file contains settings that control the execution of the XUA software. Some
settings specified in this file include the audit file location, the mode of operation and
the priority at which the XUA server executes.
UAHELP
This file is intended for use by the Security Administrator or the Security staff who
maintain XUA. It contains a list of macros to be used with XUA. It is an edit file and can
be customized by the Security Administrator.
P25F001
This file contains licensing information. The contents of the license can be displayed
using the macro XUA_VERSION. The license must reside in the Guardian
XYGATEUA subvolume.
RSASRV
The XUA_RSA_INSTALL macro creates the RSASRV file. It is the executable for the
proxy server process that mediates communication between XUA and the RSA
Authentication Manager (formerly referred to as the ACE/Server).
LDAPSRV
The XUA_LDAP_INSTALL macro creates the LDAPSRV file. It is the executable for
the proxy server that mediates communication between XUA and the LDAP server.
