HP OneView 1.05 Release Notes

NOTE: You cannot change an existing connection between Ethernet (network or network
set) and Fibre Channel networks.
A Fibre Channel network can be changed to another Fibre Channel network on the same
interconnect.
• Local RAID storage management
Users with Server administrator privileges can manage the local storage configuration as part
of the server profile. For HP ProLiant Gen8 and newer models.
• Support for VMware vSphere version 5.5 was added.
• HP OneView integration with VMware vCenter is available as part of HP Insight Control for
VMware vCenter Server version 7.3.
• REST API changes
The following REST API resource models have changed in this release:
◦ server-profiles
ServerProfile changed to ServerProfileV2–
– ServerProfileList changed to ServerProfileListV2
◦ server-hardware-types
ServerHardwareType changed to ServerHardwareTypeV2–
– ServerHardwareTypeList changed to ServerHardwareTypeListV2
HP OneView version 1.05 uses REST API version 4.

appliance user interface help, REST API help, and first time setup help.

1.4.1 FlexNIC representations for full-height G7 servers
HP OneView correctly configures the HP ProLiant BL620 G7 and HP ProLiant BL685c G7 LOMs
as two independent adapters, each with two ports.
