running properly on the
host.
4. The HDLM manager, HDLM
driver, or HDLM alert
driver is not operating
properly.
Perform the following
action depending on
the cause:
1. Refresh the
window.
2. Check the
permissions of the
logged-in user.
3. Make sure that
HDLM and Hitachi
Command Suite
Common Agent
Component are
operating properly
on the host.
4. Reference the
HDLM manual to
check the state of
the HDLM
manager, HDLM
driver, and HDLM
alert driver, and
then make their
statuses Alive.
If the problem still
persists, collect the
diagnostic information
and contact the
Support Center.
