If you are using Internet Explorer as your Web browser and you click an
anchor or button to open another window or tab, an unnecessary window
(a blank or transition window) might appear at the same time. If this
situation occurs, manually close the unnecessary window. If this situation
repeatedly occurs, you can prevent it by creating a new Windows user
account, and then using the new user account to operate the browser.
