3. Make sure that you have access
permissions for the following file.
In Windows: Hitachi-Command-

installation-directory\Base\conf
\sec\resource
\bannerresource.properties
In Solaris: /opt/HiCommand/Base/
conf/sec/resource/
bannerresource.properties
In Linux: Hitachi-Command-Suite-

4. If the problem cannot be resolved,
detailed investigation is required
to determine the cause and
resolve the problem. Contact the
Support Center, who may ask you
to collect troubleshooting
information.
