The following are the rules for creating the properties files:
Make sure that a property name and its accompanying value are specified
on one line.
Make sure that a property name and its accompanying value are specified
on each side of an equal sign (=). (property-name=value format)
A line beginning with a hash mark (#) is treated as a comment. If you add
a hash mark (#) at the beginning of a section name, the entire section is
treated as a comment, and the default values are applied.
Do not place any spaces before a property name.
Blank lines are ignored.
