exauth.properties is registered.
3. If the problem cannot be resolved,

For Kerberos:
1. Make sure that the realm name
and KDC specified in
exauth.properties are correct.
2. Make sure that the network is
correctly connected.
3. Make sure that the external
authentication server is
compatible with the Kerberos V5
protocol.

to determine the cause and
