specified correctly.
2. Make sure that the password for
the specified user is correct.
3. Make sure that the specified user
is registered in the external
authentication server and is
enabled.
4. Make sure that the PAP and CHAP
settings are valid.

procedures:
If the KAPM15084-E message is
displayed after this message, it shows
the details of the LDAP connection
error. Refer to the following to resolve
the problem:
1. Make sure that the user is
specified correctly. The user must
be specified using only the user
name, not the DN format.
2. Make sure that the specified user
is registered in the external
authentication server and is
enabled.
3. Check and, if necessary, revise
the values of basedn and attr in
exauth.properties for the
corresponding server.
