4. In the Select Secondary Volumes window of the Create Pairs wizard, complete the following
items and then click Finish:
• (Optional) Capacity
Select the capacity by which you want to filter the Available LDEVs and the Selected Pairs
tables.
• (Optional) Port ID
Select the port identification number of the LDEV's LUN path for which you want to filter
the Available LDEVs table.
Default: CL1-A
• (Optional) Host Group Name
Select the LDEV’s LUN path host group name for which you want to filter the Available
LDEVs table.
Default: Any
• From the Available LDEVs table, complete the following:
- To select an LDEV to use as the S-VOL, select the LDEV from the list and click Set. The
selected LDEV is moved to the Selected Pairs table.
NOTE: An Online Migration volume will not appear in the Selected LDEVs table.
- To configure a pair, select a row from the Available LDEVs table and a row from the
Selected Pairs table and click Set. The pair is configured.
• Snapshot Group
To assign the pair to a snapshot group, select whether you want to assign the pair to a
new snapshot group or assign the pair to an existing snapshot group.
Complete one of the following:
- To create a new snapshot group, for Name, type the name of the new snapshot group
and then click Set.
- To use an existing snapshot group, for Use Existing Snapshot Group, select the snapshot
group to which you want to assign the pair.
