2. Execute the ioscan -fnH command on the driver associated with the card in the suspended slot to
confirm the card is in the error state, for example:
ioscan -fnH 0/0/0

3. Execute the olrad -r <slot_id> command to power off the slot, for example:
# olrad -r 0-0-1-0
