Controller hysteresis
The degree to which the actual temperature can be different from the setpoint
temperature before an alarm is set.
ECS alarms
The alarms pertaining to the health of the HP POD 20c and its components are relayed through the ECS.

Fan failure
One of the fans is not working.

Leak detection
The drain pan sensor detects
water in the pan.

Change filter
The return air filters are full. Replace the return air filters. For more

High temperature
The cold aisle temperature has
surpassed the setpoint
temperature.

Verify that you have water flowing into your
HP POD 20c and the fans are operating.
2 Contact HP service if you are still within your
service contract.
Low temperature
The cold aisle temperature is
too low.
1 Verify that all components are operating
normally.
2 Contact HP service if you are still within your
service contract.
EPO
The EPO system activates and
the HP POD 20c shut down.
1 Follow the emergency procedures for your
facility.
2 After the emergency is cleared, reset the
EPO and other HP POD 20c systems.
Differential pressure
The difference in pressure
between the hot and cold aisles
is above the setpoints.
1 Verify that the cold/hot aisle differential
pressures are within the setpoints.
2 Contact HP service if you are still within your
service contract.
Safety and access control alarms
Alarms pertaining to the safety of the HP POD 20c are (optionally) relayed through your building fire and
access control dispatch.
