Condition:
After the state of the board becomes NORMAL, the states of ports on main board are
different from interface board.
Description:
The states of parts of ports are DOWN on interface board, which led to packets are
discarded, such as ICMP etc.

Condition:
The output traffic of one port is higer on XP4LDB board.
Description:
Through the XP4LDB, parts of traffic can be discarded.

Buffer block to die， receive exceptional flow control, and automatic forwarding test
fail between the FAs(Fabric Adapter) of the boards.
Description:
