Prerequisites
■ Create the corresponding VLAN before configuring a voice VLAN.
■ As the default VLAN, VLAN 1 cannot be bound to a port as a voice VLAN.
Configuring a Voice
VLAN to Operate in
Automatic Mode

For a port operating in automatic mode, a default VLAN cannot be configured as a
voice VLAN; otherwise the system prompts you for unsuccessful configuration.
