1.2.7 Setting the Processing Method for Specific Packets
Follow these steps to set the packet processing method of a switch when it receives a
packet whose destination MAC address is the bridge MAC address of the switch:

1.4 Configuration Example
1.4.1 Network Requirements
z Log into the switch through the console port and enable address table
configuration.
z Set the aging time of dynamic MAC address entries to 500 seconds.
z Add a static MAC address entry 000f-e235-dc71 for port Ethernet 2/0/2 (assuming
that the port belongs to VLAN 1).
