Follow these steps to configure the VLAN-VPN tunnel function:

Enter system view

Enable MSTP globally
stp enable

Enable the VLAN-VPN
tunnel function globally
vlan-vpn tunnel

Enter Ethernet port
view

Make sure that you enter the
Ethernet port view of the port for
which you want to enable the
VLAN-VPN function.
Disable MSTP for the
port
stp disable

Enable the VLAN VPN
function for the
Ethernet port
vlan-vpn enable
Required
By default, the VLAN VPN
function is disabled on all ports.
 Note:
z The VLAN-VPN tunnel function can only be enabled on devices with STP enabled.
z To enable the VLAN-VPN function, make sure the links between operator’s
networks are trunk links.
