 Note:
z Fast saving mode is suitable for environments where power supply is stable. The
safe mode, however, is preferred where stable power supply is unavailable or
remote maintenance is involved.
z The extension name of the configuration file must be .cfg.
z If you press <Enter> after entering the save command, you can save the
configuration file in an interactive way. In this way, you can use the default path or
enter a filename to specify a new path, but the suffix of the filename must be “.cfg”
and the path must be the path of the storage device on the AMB (active main board),
and the default filename is startup.cfg.
z If you use the save file-name command, even if the configuration file saving
synchronization for the AMB and SMB (standby main board) function is enabled, the
SMB does not automatically save the current configuration to its own configuration
file. If you do not specify the file-name argument, the SMB automatically saves the
current configuration when the AMB executes the save command. For
synchronized saving of configuration files, refer to

z In interactive mode, if you use the non-default path (that is, entering a new filename),
the system automatically sets the file as the configuration file for next startup of the
device.
1.2.3 Synchronizing Configuration Files Saved on the AMB to SMB
You can only execute commands on the AMB instead of an SMB. After the
configuration file saving synchronization function is enabled, when you use the save
command on the AMB to save the current configuration, the SMB will automatically
save the current configuration to its configuration files to keep the consistency of the
configuration files on the AMB and SMB.

and SMB:
