4.7 IS-IS Configuration Example
4.7.1 IS-IS Basic Configuration
I. Network requirements
As shown in Figure 4-14, Switch A, B, C and Switch D reside in an IS-IS AS. Switch A
and B are Level-1 switches, Switch D is a Level-2 switch and Switch C is a Level-1-2
switch. Switch A, B and C are in area 10, while Switch D is in area 20.
