Follow these steps to specify source IP address/interface for Telnet packets in system
view:

 Note:
z The IP address specified must be a local IP address.
z When specifying the source interface for Telnet packets, make sure the interface
already exists.
z Before specifying the source IP address/interface for Telnet packets, make sure the
route between the interface and the Telnet server is reachable.
