8.2 Troubleshooting Power Supply
Table 8-1 Description of power LED
LED Status Description
ON The power supply works normally.
OK (Green)
OFF The power supply is faulty or is not installed.
ON The power supply is faulty.
FAIL (Red)
OFF The power supply works normal or is not installed.
If the OK LED is off, something is wrong with the system power supply. Check if:
z The power switch is turned on.
z The power cable is properly connected.
z The voltage is correct.
8.3 Troubleshooting Fans

LED Status Description
ON The fan works normally.
OK (Green)
OFF The fan is faulty or is not installed yet.
ON The fan is faulty or is not installed yet.
FAIL (Red)
OFF The fan works normally.
If the OK LED is off, check if:
z Every heat dissipation fan works normally.
z Something blocks the vent of the chassis.
z A blank panel is installed on the slot without a card.
