L2 protocol interfaces are created in the Web GUI on the configuration page for the physical interface to
which they are bound. For example, to create the HDLC interface to bind to a T1 interface, activate the T1
interface configuration page and specify HDLC in the Encapsulation section:
After clicking Apply, the HDLC configuration page displays. Enter the configuration parameters and click
Apply to create the HDLC interface.
