Description
Use the multicast routing-enable to enable IP multicast routing.
Use the undo multicast routing-enable to disable IP multicast routing.
By default, IP multicast routing is disabled.
The system will not forward any multicast packet when IP multicast routing is
disabled.
Related commands: pim dm, pim sm.

Commands
This section describes how to use the Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM)
configuration commands on your Switch 7700.
register-policy Syntax
register-policy acl-number
undo register-policy

PIM view
Parameter
al-number: Number of IP advanced ACL, defining the rule of filtering the source
and group addresses. The value ranges from 100 to 199.
Description
Use the register-policy to configure a RP to filter the register messages sent
by the DR in the PIM-SM network and to accept the specified messages only.
