Parameter
sysContact: Specify a character string describing the system maintaining contact
(in bytes), with a length ranging from 1 to 255; The default contact information is
"3Com Marlborough USA".
sysLocation: Specify a character string to describe the system location; By
default, the character string is "Marlborough USA".
version: version of running SNMP.
v1: SNMP V1.
v2c: SNMP V2C.
v3: SNMP V3.
all: all SNMP version (includsSNMP V1, SNMP V2C, SNMP V3).
Description
Using the snmp-agent sys-info command, you can set system information such
as geographical location of the device, contact information for system
maintenance and version information of running SNMP. Using the
undo
snmp-agent sys-info location
command, you can restore the default value.
Example
Set system location as Building 3/Room 214.
