• Condition:
Multiple users telnet to the device frequently through AAA.

Switch serves as DHCP client, it requests IP address from DHCP server with many options, at the same
time executing debug DHCP client all on DHCP client.

Switch can get configuration file from TFTP server successfully, but executing configuration file failed.

Switch reboots with autocfg, and it downloads a configuration file with linux format.

• Symptom:
The MACB can not be online stably.
• Condition:
The mac-authentication, dot1x and dot1x unicast-trigger are enabled on the port A. There are a large
number of packets with unknown source MAC B burst into the port A which trigger the
mac-authenticaiton(the MAC B is a valid mac-authentication MAC).

• Symptom:
The users MAC does not be deleted, even if shut down the port.
• Condition:
The dot1x and dot1x quiet-period are enabled on the device. The user logins with the username A and
passes the dot1x authentication firstly. Then do the dot1x re-authentication with the username B and a
wrong password. The re-authentication fails.

• Symptom:
The RADIUS Server sends an Access-Accept response, but the switch drops this packet because of wrong
format. The user can't get online.
• Condition:
In the Access-Accept packet from the RADIUS Server to the client, the sub-attributes in Attribute
26(Vender-Specific) don't be encapsulated in the type-length-value (TLV) standard format.
