Getting Started
You can now connect to the XenServer running on the module. Once you are
connected, HP strongly recommends that you:
Change the default password
Set the correct time on the XenServer
XenServer Defaults Set at Installation
Identifying the Module Interfaces
There are three ports on the module, two internal and one external.
Two10-GbE wire-speed internal connections to the switch backplane.
These switch ports are <slot-ID> 1 and <slot-ID> 2, so for example, a
XenServer Host Module in zl switch slot C these ports would be C1 and
C2, and they would be untagged members of VLAN 1, by default.

network and to carry management traffic.
This management interface is used to
configure XenServer through XenCenter and
through SSH (if enabled).
When XenServer is installed at the factory,
interface eth1is configured to receive an IP
address through DHCP on VLAN 1 of the
switch.
