Overview
In almost every way, the HP Advanced Services Module with Microsoft®
Windows Server® 2008 R2 functions like any other server. However, you do
need to keep a few guidelines in mind.
This chapter provides guidelines for:
■ Network monitoring applications
■ Default policies that you must not change
■ Virtualization with Hyper-V
This chapter also specifies the security measures that HP has already imple-
mented on the server at the factory default settings.
