View Crash Dump Files using the SAC

7. Access the command prompt:
SAC> ch -si <channel number>
For example:
SAC> ch -si 1
8. You should see that you are entering the command prompt channel. Press
[Spacebar].
9. When prompted, enter your local Administrator username and password.
Press
[Enter] for Domain.
Note If you have not yet changed the username and password, the defaults are
SBMAdmin and P@ssw0rd. Note that a has been replaced with @ and o has
been replaced with the numeral 0.
10. You can now save the crush dump file (MEMORY.dmp). If the module has
network connectivity, you could save the file to a shared network folder.
Otherwise, you can insert a USB in the USB slot on the module and save
the file to it.

dir
copy MEMORY.dmp <USB drive letter>:\MEMORY_030211.dmp
