3. Create an inline interface pair. In normal operation, a packet enters the sensor on the first
interface of the pair and exits on the second interface. If the sensor detects an attack, it
denies the packet and does not send it out the second interface.
a. Click Interface Pairs in the navigation bar.
b. Click Add. The Add Interface Pair window is displayed.
c. Enter a name for the interface pair.
d. To select two interfaces, click the first interface and Ctrl + click the second.
e. Optionally, add a description.
