Subtask: Set Up Communication with PCM+ and NIM
PCM+ uses SNMP for communication with all devices it manages. You will need to configure
SNMP parameters in the UTM device so it can send SNMP traps to PCM+ and NIM. The
following steps cover the global SNMP settings for the UTM device as well as the configuration
of individual interfaces.
To configure the global SNMP parameters, complete the following steps:
1. In the navigation bar, click the System tab.
2. Click Config.
3. Click the SNMP v1/v2c tab at the top of the window.
4. Make sure the Enable check box is selected for the SNMP Agent and click Apply.
