1. Log in to a domain controller server as a Domain or Enterprise Admin.
Access the Active Directory Users and Computers window (Start >
Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers).
2. Expand your domain.
3. Select the Users folder. Either create a new user for the SBM technician
or use an existing user. In the example solution, you are using an existing
user named sbmtech. Right-click sbmtech and select Add to a group.
