Test Methods
Test voice and video calls are places between the HQ and various branch sites.
The calls are placed and monitored by two engineers for no major errors
before the MOS scores are generated from the QoE monitor.
The specific call configurations, packet loss, and latency scenarios are docu-
mented in Table 4-10 below.
