Planning Ease of Management
This section describes the options that you and others have for managing the
SBM.
Initial Installation
Table 2-24 displays the tasks that must be performed to bring the SBM from
the factory box to up and running. The entire process can be completed within
one hour to an hour and a half depending on your environment. You can divide
various tasks among different personnel, or you can have the same person
perform the tasks.
Important Before the initial installation, Domain or Enterprise Admins and CS Adminis-
trators must prepare the data center for the deployment. Chapter 3: “Ready
the Data Center for an SBM Deployment” provides guidelines.
