Communicate Information to the SBM Administrator
The SBM administrator is a member of the RTCUniversalSBATechnicians
group. You could give this group permission to enroll for Web Server certifi-

administrator the credentials for an account that has this permission already.

The SBM administrator will require the following information to install the
SBM and complete its Setup Wizard.

The SBM’s default hostname is its serial number, which the administrator
can find on the back left corner of the module’s physical hardware.
Default hostname: ______________________________
Also give the administrator the SBM’s permanent hostname, which is the
name in the SBM’s domain computer account.
Permanent hostname: __________________________

Note In this guide, hostname and computer name refer to the same name. For
example, the hostname (computer name) is set to HP-SBM. The domain name
