b. In the Name field, replace NewAddress<n> with the name that will
be used to identify the IP address, network, or domain.
c. Use the Type drop-down list to select the address type:
d. To include a single address in the object, select Single. Depending on
the type you selected, type the IP address, network IP address and
mask separated by a slash /, or domain name where the named object
will be used.
e. To include multiple IP addresses, networks, or domain names in the
object, select Multiple Entries and type the IP addresses, networks, or
domain names separated by commas or spaces. To include a sequen-
tial range of IP addresses, type the beginning and ending addresses
separated by a hyphen.
f. If you are defining multiple objects and want to remove one, select it
and click Del. The Add and Del buttons can be used only when Add is
selected on the Select Configuration Action window.
g. Click Next.
7. To label one or more services with a meaningful name, which allows
greater ease of device configuration, configure a service object. A service
object can contain a single service and multiple ports:
Note: You must select Service as the Named Object Type and the Add or Modify
action on the Select Configuration Action window to display these prop-
erties.
IP One or more nonsequential IP addresses
Range Range of IP addresses
Network IP address and mask
Domain Name Network name for the domain
