Parameters
user-name: Name for the local user, a case-sensitive string of 1 to 55 characters that does not contain the
domain name. It cannot contain any slash (/), backslash (\), vertical bar (|), colon (:), asterisk (*),
question mark (?), left angle bracket (<), right angle bracket (>), or at sign (@), and cannot be a, al, all,
v, or vd.
vd vd-name: Specifies the VD to which the local user belongs. The vd-name argument represents the VD
name, a case-insensitive string of 1 to 20 characters. Absence of this option indicates that the local user
belongs to the default VD. For more information about VD, see Network Management Configuration
Guide.
all: Specifies all users.
service-type: Specifies the users of a type.
dvpn: DVPN tunnel users.

ftp: FTP users. This keyword is not available for FIPS mode.
portal: Portal users.
ppp: PPP users.
ssh: SSH users.
telnet: Telnet users. This keyword is not available for FIPS mode.
terminal: Users logging in through the console or AUX port. Support for AUX logins depends on the
device model. For more information, see Getting Started Guide. In FIPS mode, you must specify the
terminal type.
web: Web users.
