Bandwidth is the available bandwidth of the links.
Cost is specified in the configuration of the physical links.
You can also manually add a static best performing link entry, which has a higher priority than a
dynamic best performing link entry.
Configuring dynamic best performing link parameters
1. Select High Reliability > Load Balance > Link Load Balance > Best-Performing Link from the
navigation tree.
The Parameters of Dynamic Best-Performing Link configuration page appears.

2. Configure the parameters as described in Table 21.
3. Click Apply.

Mask Length
Mask length of the dynamic best performing link entry generated based on the
best performing link algorithm.
If you select Natural Mask, the mask length of the generated dynamic best
performing link entry is determined by the IP address of the entry.
If the IP address is a class A address, the mask length is 8.
If the IP address is a class B address, the mask length is 16.
If the IP address is a class C, class D, or class E address, the mask length is 24.
Aging Time
Aging time of the dynamic best performing link entry.
After a dynamic best performing link entry is generated, if no matched traffic
passes within the aging time, the dynamic best performing link entry will be
deleted; static best performing link entries do not age out.
RTT Weight Round trip time (RTT) weight in the dynamic best performing link algorithm.
TTL Weight Time to live (TTL) weight in the dynamic best performing link algorithm.
