Parameters
ipv6-group-address: Specifies an IPv6 multicast group by its IPv6 address, in the form of FFxy::/16,
where x and y represent any hexadecimal number in the range of 0 to F.
prefix-length: Specifies the prefix length of the IPv6 multicast group address, in the range of 8 to 128.
ipv6-source-address: Specifies a multicast source by its IPv6 address.
all: Specifies all MLD SSM mappings.

# Configure an MLD SSM mapping for multicast groups in the range of FF1E::/64 and multicast source
