Local: both
The local BGP router supports both the ORF sending and
receiving capabilities.
Negotiated: send
Negotiation result: The local BGP router can send
Router-refresh messages carrying the ORF information, and
the peer can receive Router-refresh messages carrying the
ORF information. (This field is not displayed if neither the
send nor the receive capability is supported.)
Peer Preferred Value Preferred value specified for the routes from the peer.
BFD
BFD status:
• Enabled.
• Disabled.
Routing policy configured Local routing policy.

SubError refers to the error subcode of the Notification, which
identifies the specific information about the reported error.
