Using FTP to upgrade system software
1. Back up the startup system software image and configuration files:
a. Use the save command in any view to save the running configuration to the .cfg
startup configuration file.

b. Use the dir command in user view to display files.
Identify the startup system software image and configuration files, and verify that
the CF card has enough space for the new system software image.
